Become A Volunteer
We look forward to having very passionate and energetic people that
believe in our mission and desire to make a positive impact on the lives of
widows and the needy in our society to break the cycle of abuse and poverty.
We want volunteers with varied skills that can be harnessed to the
benefit of the widows and the needy by empowering them to become fully
independent and self-reliant.
You are most welcome!!!
Types of Projects:
Our projects are dependent on identified immediate and long term needs
of our target groups. Our primary purpose is to empower the widows to become
fully independent and self-reliant. We teach them useful skills in bead making,
tie and dye, dress making, baking, arts and crafts, etc. However, if you have
your idea of project that you are passionate about and will love to partner
with us to deliver, you are most welcome to come and discuss with us as well as
include brief information in your application.
We will also from time to time embark on the following project:
• Health workshops with special focus on healthy living in a challenging
socio-economic environment, family planning, disease prevention and treatment.
• Holiday Celebration for widows and for the orphans.
• Shelter for the widow which will be continuous and based on the
identified need and resources availability.

PARTNERSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP
Our foundation partners with individuals and groups such as churches towards the achievement of our set goals and objectives for improved living conditions for the needy and widows.
Sponsorship of any of our programmes and projects of your choice is most welcome. You can choose to sponsor partly or in full as you may deem necessary. You may also choose to fully participate in the execution of your sponsored project(s).
To improve knowledge and skills of women on gender-based issues and
rights;
To improve human and socio-economic rights of women and the needy;
To improve reproductive health rights of women and the needy;
To improve organisational capacity towards enhanced programmes and implementation.
To partner and network with Change and Support Agents towards attainment
of freedom and socio-economic empowerment of widows as well as cater for the
needy.
Providing for the needy and attainment of society free of all forms of
discrimination and denials against widows.
